What if I dislike having my picture taken?

It is definitely understandable to feel nervous for your headshot session. In fact, almost all of our clients experience some degree of apprehension before their shoot. But don't worry - just a few minutes into the session, you'll feel more relaxed and confident! We are here to make this an enjoyable and empowering experience for you!

What should I bring for my headshot session?

It is important to bring along a few different outfits, so you have some variation between the shots. For ladies, bring some jewelry options & your makeup for touchups or a lipstick color change. We will provide samples on what to wear in your booking confirmation email.

How long does it take to get my photographs back?

You will receive the proofs of your photos within a few days. After that, how quickly you receive your final images depends on how soon you choose your favorites from the selection of proofs.

If there is an urgent need for speed and you require the final photo within 72 hours, just let us know and we can arrange a rush delivery for an additional fee.

Do you work with large companies as well as small businesses?

Absolutely! We can photograph several hundred people over the course of a few days, or up to 100 people in an 8-hour workday - Remember, for groups, we come to you!

What does "retouching" mean? What do you do to the photos?

During the retouching process, we generally improve the quality of the photo by 1) removing stray hairs 2) whitening teeth 3) smoothing skin 4) minimizing bags under eyes and 5) brightening eyes. If requested, we can also reduce facial lines.

Can you match photos taken by other photographers?

We understand that some clients/companies have photos of co-workers that they’d like to match. If requested, we will do everything possible to match the style of other photographs. Please contact the studio beforehand to confirm whether we can match your desired style.
